Norman Galaxy of Writers Welcomes Poet Jane Taylor for the May Meeting

The Letter Poem: Old Form/New Ways

Jane Vincent Taylor, a poet, has had her work published in  Crosstimbers, Thunder, Calyx, Chariton Review, New Plains Review, and Oklahoma Today, as well as other publications.  Not only has she published books of poetry, but she has also won prizes and fellowships, conducted workshops and seminars, and given lectures.

Jane Taylor holds a Master's Degree in Library Science (the University of Oklahoma) and a Master's Degree  in Creative Writing, from University of Central OK. She’s served as the head of Reference at UCO and currently is a librarian at Rose State.

At the May Galaxy meeting, Jane Taylor will teach attendees about Letter Poems.
