The April program is you!
This month's program will be a "pop up" contest. Over the last months, we've had three writing prompts in the Write Line. 1. Use an animal as a metaphor. 2. A peacock walks through the door. What happens next? 3. Eavesdropper: Write about a conversation you’ve overheard. If you have used these prompts, we are especially interested in hearing your work. If you haven't, no problem! Bring something short--1000 words or so--that you've written on any topic. If you write poetry, bring a couple of poems. You will have ballots to vote for your favorites and we'll tally at the end to see who won! There will be some kind of prize for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
