In November, 2017, Sherry Bynum spoke to our group about mindfulness and how that can relate to writing. Her speech involved actions using chocolate kisses, Skittles, and peanuts. She ran out of time to deal with the toothpicks we all had at our stations. What do you think was the purpose of the toothpicks?
